High-quality and efficient open education media resource management can gather more high-quality resources, tap more intelligent and personalized smart classes, and promote the common construction and sharing of open education media resources, collaborative development, communication and interaction, and timely feedback. Media resource management platform is an integrated platform developed with user needs in mind. Its construction needs to fully combine the characteristics of open education, use information technology to form and highlight its resource features, and strengthen rational use and common sharing. Media resources refer to various media and contents (such as audio and video materials, text documents, charts, etc.), while the platform saves various audio and video materials and the documents needed in their production process into online, near-line and off-line storage devices in an orderly manner according to the storage strategy. The platform needs to meet the requirements of users for uploading, organizing, data retrieval and cataloging, transcoding, data exchange, copyright management, and other types of media resources processing and use, as well as the storage and reuse needs of various business systems, to provide users of media resources with easy and fast access to relevant content methods and paths, and to meet the personalized learning needs of open education students. 2007): “Sustainability is a key issue for OER, not only in financial terms but rather here the focus is both in terms of sustaining the sustainability is a key issue for OER, not only in financial terms but rather here the focus is both in terms of sustaining the production and sharing of resources, and their use.”

In my opinion, integrating the existing digital resources of OER and specially developing the media resource management platform with the functions of resource aggregation, resource sharing, resource dissemination and resource service, so that users can flexibly use all resources of the media resource management platform to carry out teaching and learning activities can be applied to university learning. If I am a teacher, I can learn to gather high-quality resources inside and outside the school in various ways to form a resource pool. Classify and sort the aggregated media resources and integrate them with users on the basis of clear themes of media resources, rather than consciously uploading all resources, so as to present diversified channels of course resources, so as to realize the realization of Atkins, D.E., Brown, J.S.
